WHAT ABOUT WEAPONS.

Weapons.

Pike, half pike, pole arms, muskets (in limited numbers) and helmets (not the woollen helmet liners) can be provided by our parent regiment, the Montagus. However, as the Company and Company funds grow we will purchase our own. With regards to muskets, some members have their own, others use Dummy muskets are non firing and can be used without licences. We intend to purchase more working muskets, when we recruit more fully licensed musketeers.

Swords - swords are not recommended to be carried on the field during major musters as they get in the way however if you wish to purchase your own sword, they do look very authentic for living history events, and we have a sword training school at major musters.
